pdfVia offers a dedicated online service for you to send PDF files. All you need to do is select your pdf file, enter description if you feel need to, and then click “Upload file”. You can send one PDF file or multiple PDF files at once. However, for a free account, make sure that the max size of each file uploaded is less than 50MB. If you need more, then get a premium account. To ensure that the file is only downloaded by the person you want to, you can optionally password protect the file.
